1. Introduction

Welcome to Onmite. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services. Onmite operates from Brisbane, Australia (4000) and provides web development and digital solutions worldwide.

2. Definitions

  • "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" — Onmite
  • "Client", "You", "Your" — the person or entity using our services
  • "Services" — all products and solutions offered by Onmite
  • "Website" — the final product delivered to you
  • "Content" — text, images, logos, videos, or materials provided

3. Our Services

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete content and information
  • Ensure you have rights to all materials you provide
  • Provide timely feedback to avoid project delays
  • Keep login credentials confidential

5. Payments, Hosting & Domain

Pricing: Project fees are agreed before work begins. A 50% deposit may be required for larger projects.

Free Hosting & Domain: Selected plans include 12 months free hosting and a free domain (.com, .net, .org, .design, .me) for the first year. Standard renewal rates apply after that.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable after work has started. If we fail to deliver the core scope, partial/full refunds may be issued as per our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: After full payment, you own the final website design and code. We may display the work in our portfolio.

Third-party assets: Images, fonts, or plugins remain under their original licenses. We use only royalty-free or properly licensed elements.

7. Support & Maintenance

Most packages include 3-6 months free technical support after launch (bug fixes, minor updates). Optional maintenance plans are available after that.

SSL & Security: SSL certificates and basic security hardening are included.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onmite is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel a project with written notice; work already completed is payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in Brisbane courts.
